Creek Update Two resident meetings have been hosted by the City of Manchester for residents most impacted by the creek restoration project.  They were held Nov 1, 2007 and March 20, 2008.  The current plans can be seen here.   The presentation from engineers can be seen here.    The past video of pre-construction storm water issues can be seen here.   These files are large and may take some time to download.
Next Meeting:  The next subdivision meeting will be held in the summer of 2008.  We will have an election for expiring trustee terms.  Please let the trustees know if you are interested.

Ordinances and Indentures Please be aware there are a series of indentures and ordinances that govern property in the neighborhood.  The subdivision has many ordinances governing items like fences and additions.  They can be found in the useful links section to the left.  Manchester has a series of ordinances governing street parking, speeding, pet waste, loud parties, etc.  These can be also found in the City of Manchester Useful Links to the left.  The trustees receive a large number of complaints from residents regarding their neighbors violating these ordinances.  Please know in most cases we cannot do anything about these complaints other than to recommend you call Manchester and lodge your issue or call Manchester ourselves.    Please try to be a considerate neighbor and adhere to the rules for the good of the community.
