Oaks. This Indenture was originally enacted in 1978 upon creation of
the subdivision. As changes to these Indentures are adopted, they
will be posted to this site. Please remember certain improvements to
your property may need prior approval by the subdivision trustees based on
requirements in these Indentures. If there are questions about these
